At Shelbourne Newry we operate from state-of-the-art facilities representing the Renault and Kia brands with exciting plans to expand this portfolio in the near future. We also sell, service and maintain a large selection of quality used vehicles outside of these brands. We now wish to recruit for a Parts Manager within our Newry premises.

The Role


The purpose of the Parts Manager is to lead and manage the dealership’s Parts team to achieve targets for both Franchise and Shelbourne, deliver profitability, stock management and customer satisfaction. As the Parts Manager you will work closely with the Service team and Aftersales Manager to ensure the highest levels of productivity and customer standards are reached at all times.

  • Computer literacy & working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel
  • Ability to be pro-active
  • Ability to maximise campaigns and prospect for new business

  • Leadership qualities / experience
  • Previous Parts experience
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Flexibility
  • Full valid driving licence


Preference will be given to those applicants with:


  • Working knowledge of CDK (Keyloop) or other dealership computer systems
  • Previous people management experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry and in particular working to franchise dealership standards
