Shelbourne Motors is renowned for being one of the most progressive motor retailers in Northern Ireland. We like to look at things differently and strive to achieve our business objectives while maintaining the family ethos in the Shelbourne Motors foundations.

Within our Aftersales function we have a variety of jobs including front of house Customer Service, Parts Advisor and Vehicle Technician roles. We are keen to speak with new talent who have a desire to deliver excellent customer service.

Experience & skills

  • Customer Facing Roles in Aftersales:
      • You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers.
      • Ideally must have at least 12-months face-to-face customer handling experience within a retail setting
      • Excellent IT skills are essential in order to carry out the necessary administration within this role.
      • The ability to follow process accurately is essential in order to be successful in this role.
      • You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.
  • Vehicle Technician Roles
      • Apprentice trained or educated to at least NVQ / C&G Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
      • Possess the confidence to create vehicle health check videos for customers
      • You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.
