The Sales Role
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we provide is offered consistently & that the needs of our customers are listened to and delivered upon in the most professional & enthusiastic manner possible. From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery you will be the point of contact for our customer keeping them up to date & following up accordingly in line with the sales processes.
While continually offering an outstanding level of service you will ensure that you are achieving your targets & penetrating opportunities in vehicle sales, finance, insurance, Lifeshine & accessories.
Experience & skills
- Ideally you will have a minimum of one year’s customer service / sales experience gained in a retail environment eg. vehicle sales, furniture, electronics or mobile phones.
- Excellent IT skills are essential in order to carry out the necessary administration within this role.
- The ability to follow process accurately is essential in order to be successful in this role.
- You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.
