My role now involves overseeing customer experience initiatives and ensuring that every visit to the dealership is a memorable one.
      Ashley Steenson, Assistant Sales Manager I have been with Shelbourne Motors for 19 years. I started off as a trainee Sales Executive straight out of school and with the coaching and training I have received in this period I have worked my way up to Assistant Sales manager. This Role now allows me to help and support customers and colleagues alike and has helped me to learn some great experience which I have been able to bring into my family life as well.
      Shauna Bell, Sales Administrator I’ve been part of the Shelbourne Group for over 15 years as a Sales Administrator. In that time, I have not only worked with a great bunch of people across different franchises but with the help of training, I have been able to build a career around my family and build a knowledge of the Motor Trade and processes within it.
