TECHNOLOGY
The eDELIVER 3 is equipped with a powerful 118 kW (160 hp) electric motor that provides 225 Nm of torque. As a result, it offers powerful acceleration and torque. The eDELIVER 3 easily manages gradients of up to 25% (panel van).
The top speed is limited to 75mph
The MAXUS eDELIVER 3 is equipped with a modern 50 kWh lithium iron phosphate driving battery, which can be recharged virtually indefinitely. MAXUS provides an eight-year warranty or up to 200,000 km on the traction battery (manufacturer's general warranty conditions apply).
The MAXUS eDELIVER 3 offers you a range of up to 381 km according to the WLTP city cycle.
CHARGING
At a DC fast-charging station, your battery will be charged to 80% after just three quarters of an hour. With an 11 kW wallbox (alternating current), the charging process takes less than 6 hours. The eDELIVER 3 has a wallbox-compatible charging cable as standard.
The eDELIVER 3 is equipped with two driving modes (normal or eco) and three energy recovery modes (light, medium or strong). This allows you to choose how economical you drive and how much energy you want to recover when braking.
SAFETY
The MAXUS eDELIVER 3 comes with a comprehensive active security package as standard. Equipment includes ESP, ABS and other systems that protect you, your passengers and other road users.
The sturdy body construction of the MAXUS eDELIVER 3 is made of high-quality steel and aluminum. The construction absorbs the force released in the event of an impact and counteracts deformation. The battery is structurally embedded in the chassis for more passive safety. The driver and front passenger are additionally protected by airbags.
The Maxus eDeliver 3 is the first small/medium van designed from the ground up to be fully electric. It's available in a short wheelbase form, with a distance of 2910mm between the front and rear wheels. The e-Deliver 3's load space measures 2180mm in length, 1665mm in width, and 1330mm in height, resulting in a volume of 4.8m3. The maximum payload capacity in the eDeliver 3 is 865kg in the 35kWh model and 905kg in the 52.5kWh version. Rest assured, this is a small van that can effectively meet a range of cargo requirements. Twin rear doors and a single sliding side door make loading access easy, while lashing points help to secure items. As long as you don’t need more than 4.8 cubic metres of load space and can cope with the routine of running an electric van, then it does a perfect job.
There’s a clear and straightforward pricing strategy for the eDeliver 3 – one specification, and a number of dealer-fit options. It’s by far the most affordable small electric van on the market, around 25% cheaper than models from Stellantis and Renault, and markedly less expensive than the Mercedes-Benz e-Citan.
All Maxus vehicles come with a five years’ warranty or 125,000 miles of cover and include five years’ of roadside assistance cover as standard. The battery gets its own eight-year, 100,000-mile warranty.
The Maxus eDeliver 3 has a punchy 122PS motor with three driving modes: 'Eco', 'Normal' and 'Power', and three levels of regenerative braking, the most potent of which will slow the van to walking pace. The motor delivers a smooth and quiet ride with responsive acceleration, providing nippy performance and a top speed of 75mph. The steering is light and precise with good forward visibility further enhancing the driving experience.
Don't expect much in the way of luxury with the eDeliver 3 - this van is made for the dogged day-to-day duties of the hard-working individual. That said, it’s perfectly functional and while the traditional ignition key may seem a bit alien to most EV users, it has all of the modern features you need – smartphone integration, climate control, cruise control and simple, ergonomically decent controls, along with a pretty intuitive touch screen. Connect your laptop or smartphone to access the internet onboard. Two USB ports allow both the driver and passenger to connect to the infotainment system too. Two supportive front seats offer ample legroom, providing high levels of comfort for both driver and passenger.
