Find out all you need to know about collecting your rental vehicle from the Holiday Inn, Dublin Airport.
Good question, the Holiday Inn operate a shuttle service which runs from zone 16 in the Coach Park at both terminals, with buses operating every 30 minutes approximately, we will provide you with a bus timetable for your convenience. The shuttle bus takes about 15 to 20 minutes to/from the airport.
The keys for your hire vehicle will be waiting for you at the Holiday Inn reception in an envelope marked with your name. You will then find your vehicle parked on the upper level of the Holiday Inn car park.
Inside the vehicle you will find a copy of the paperwork, emergency breakdown numbers & a condition sheet for the vehicle. We recommend you double check the vehicle, comparing with the check sheet in case our drivers have missed something, they are human after all! If you think they have missed something, please take some photos & send them to us before leaving the Holiday Inn.
The return process is simply the same, just in reverse. Please return the vehicle keys to the reception desk & take the shuttle bus back to the terminal.
