We are seeking an ASPIRING individual wanting to take the next step in their career.

Are you an eager and enthusiastic person with aspirations of becoming a qualified VEHICLE TECHNICIAN and leading a workshop team?

Day-to-day duties

Routine Maintenance: Servicing, checks, and lubrication.

Vehicle Systems: Engine mechanics, cooling systems, fuel, exhaust, and ignition systems.

Chassis and Electrical: Replacing braking components, suspension units, and auxiliary electrical parts.

Workshop Safety: Health and safety protocols, using tools, equipment, and materials.

Diagnosis: Identifying and fixing non-complex mechanical and electrical faults.

Essential skills

Enrolled in a course on Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and has secured a position.

Ability to work in a competent and efficient manner both as part of a team and independently.

Ability to follow checklists and ensure that all procedures are completed.

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and listening skills.

A high level of organisation.

Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Strong communication skills to liaise with manufacturers and customers.

An understanding of great customer service.

A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to work with cutting-edge technology.

A full UK driving licence.

Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
