DRIVEWAY INSURANCE
When collecting your Renault Approved vehicle, we will provide you with 5 days drive-away insurance free of charge.
WARRANTY
All of our Renault Approved vehicles will come with a minimum of 12 months warranty to give you complete peace of mind. The warranty will be made up of the balance of manufacturer’s warranty topped up, where necessary, to provide a minimum of 12 months cover.
HISTORY CHECKS
All of our Approved vehicles will have their history checked to give you complete confidence that the vehicle you buy has not been recorded as stolen or written off. We can provide a certificate upon request.
CONDITION CHECKS
Before you collect your Renault Approved used vehicle, we will undertake a mechanical and safety check to ensure it is ready for the road and will provide you with a copy of the workshop paperwork.
30 DAY EXCHANGE PROMISE
If you decide within 30 days of purchasing your Renault Approved vehicle that it doesn’t meet your requirements, for whatever reason, we will exchange it for a vehicle of equivalent value. Should you wish to exchange for a vehicle of a higher value, simply pay the difference. Your statutory rights are not affected.
ACCIDENT SUPPORT LINE
We will provide you with details of the Renault Accident Support Line to provide additional peace of mind should you be unlucky enough to be involved in an accident.
SERVICE PLANS & ACCESSORIES
Regardless of how you chose to finance your purchase, we will be able to discuss service plans or accessories for your vehicle to suit your individual needs.
12 MONTH BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
Your Renault Approved used vehicle will be supplied with 12 months Breakdown Assistance as standard. Should you wish to top up your cover for a longer period your we will be happy to help.
We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
