Our mission and values place customer experience, innovation, teamwork and zero-emissions leadership at the heart of everything we do. We are now seeking an ambitious, creative and forward-thinking Aftersales Advisor to join our team in Newry.

The role

This position is a key role within the Aftersales department, responsible for controlling the workflow of the workshop, maximising technician productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day duties:

  • Manage and control the daily workflow of the workshop
  • Allocate jobs effectively to maximise technician efficiency and productivity in line with monthly targets, and hold reviews to give regular feedback to improve individual performance.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
  • Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other technical apparatus
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes
  • Assist with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance as required
  • Support team members with technical guidance on schematics, assembly, or mechanical issues
  • Ensure the work environment is maintained to the highest standards and promote a positive work environment focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • A minimum of Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 qualification
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician within a franchised dealership
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a focus on efficiency, quality & customer service
  • A full clean UK driving licence.

Working Hours Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm ▪ Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm ▪ Every third Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm

Salary £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
