From Monday 12th April we are permitted to welcome customers back to our showrooms. Safety measures will remain in place to protect you & our colleagues.

As well as the option to continue to deal with us remotely, if you wish, you can also visit our dealerships at your convenience during our opening hours. We do recommend making an appointment however it is not required.

We offer unaccompanied test drives. Please remember to bring your driving licence if you require a test drive. When visiting our showrooms we ask you to maintain social distancing, sanitise hands regularly & wear a face mask.

Can I get my vehicle serviced?

Yes, vehicle servicing and repair is not affected by the most recent restrictions so if you have an appointment at one of our service departments this will not change. We are offering unaccompanied test drives and we have a full sales team available on site to assist you with your vehicle purchase. At Shelbourne Motors we operate an industry leading remote buying experience which many of our customers utilise throughout the year. So, Yes, under the current restrictions you can still purchase any of the used vehicles from our website. You can also order a new vehicle and benefit from the current offers available across all our brands. Purchasing options online include HP / PCP finance applications & full payment.  We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once a vehicle is purchased online there is an option to collect your vehicle outside the dealership with contactless handover at an agreed time or utilise our home delivery service to anywhere in the UK and Ireland.

Can I test drive a car that I want to buy?

Yes, from Monday 12th April you are permitted to visit our dealerships.  We offer unaccompanied test drives - please remember to bring your driving licence.

We do offer video tours and virtual appointments to let you get a closer look of the vehicle of interest.. If you decide to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle we can complete all paperwork online. You can then choose to have the vehicle delivered or you can collect from a designated off-site handover area. Contact us today if you would like more information.

Can I contact a member of the sales team?

Yes, our team is available to help you with more information on our vehicles and offers. You can also request virtual appointments via Zoom, Whatsapp or FaceTime.On request we can send you a personalised video of any vehicle.

Can I get a valuation for my part exchange?

Yes both online & at our dealerships. As part of our buy online process we offer FREE vehicle valuations. You can even add your part exchange as part of your deal online. If you choose home delivery, we will collect your part exchange when delivering your new vehicle.
