As a KIA Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we provide is offered consistently & that the needs of our customers are listened to and delivered upon in the most professional & enthusiastic manner possible. From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery you will be the point of contact for our customer keeping them up to date & following up accordingly in line with the sales processes.
While continually offering an outstanding level of service you will ensure that you are achieving your targets & penetrating opportunities in used vehicle sales, finance, insurance, Lifeshine & accessories.
Ideally you will have a minimum of one year’s customer service / sales experience gained in a retail environment eg. vehicle sales, furniture, electronics or mobile phones. Excellent IT skills are essential in order to carry out the necessary administration within this role. The ability to follow process accurately is essential in order to be successful in this role. You must also hold a clean valid driving licence.
