The Renault Kangoo Z.E has won the international Van of the Year award, after a jury of 22 European journalists gave the Renault Van 104 points out of a possible 168. The award was collected by Renaults Director of Light Commercial Vehicle division, Jean-Marie Hurtiger, in Belgium.
The new Kangoo Z.E is Renaults 100% electric van, and the first of its kind to win this award. The jury praised the van for being a zero emission vehicle whilst remaining practical and economical at the same time.

Renault car dealers in Northern Ireland are expecting the Renault Kangoo Z.E to be on their forecourts at the beginning of next month, and keep any eye out for three more vehicles in the Renault Z.E range due to be released over the next 12 months.
The Kangoo Z.E is the first ever fully electric van to be produced entirely in house by a manufacturer, and what’s great is that it still retains the same load capacity and 650kg payload of the original Kangoo.
Despite only being available in Europe for a short while, and not even being re-leased in the UK yet, this is already the 3rd award The Renault Kangoo Z.E has picked up, so demand is expected to be high in the UK when the Van is launched next month.
