Renault UK has announced the winners of its annual ‘Dealer Excellence’ Awards where Shelbourne Motors Dacia picked up the Bronze Award for ‘UK Dacia Dealer of the Year 2016’. The national accolade success distinguishes Shelbourne Motors Dacia as the number one Dacia dealer in Northern Ireland and places the dealership third overall throughout UK.
As a brand of the Renault Group, Dacia dealerships across the UK were initially nominated for the Dealer Excellence Awards after significantly exceeding the high standards set by Renault UK in its own in-house customer satisfaction measurements. Each nominated dealership was shown to be performing within the top-tier of dealers across eight Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that rate sales and aftersales procedures and service.
The successful dealerships were presented with their awards by Paul Flanagan, Managing Director, Renault UK, at the car manufacturer’s national dealer conference held recently in Central London.
Paul Ward, Director at Shelbourne Motors was present at the conference to pick up the award.
Paul said: “We are delighted to be awarded the bronze award for UK Dacia Dealer of the Year. It’s a fantastic achievement recognising our team’s hard work and commitment. For over 44 years Shelbourne Motors has been a centre of excellence in Northern Ireland and offers new cars, approved used cars, servicing, Motability and commercial vans.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
