I was completely satisfied with the service and friendly staff especially Michael at shelbourne motors he was excellent at outlining the car that we were interested in (captur) and got us the best deal. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go to your good selves. Michael helped to sort out a courtesy car for us because our car wasn't ready it really saved us from any disruptions to every day life while we waited for our car plus we got used to driving the courtesy captur while we waited which was an added bonus.

The 8 year service/timing belt change was carried out without any difficulties, the car was ready for collection at the time estimated, courtesy car was available as requested, and the MOT inspection later that week was passed without any problems. So all in all, a satisfied customer.

The staff at Shelbourne are all very pleasant and professional. You are always told what is going on and asked to point out any concerns you may have at all with your car. My Yaris was in for its third service and because I have been a Toyota customer for quite a few years now, the staff know me and are always welcoming. No question or problem is too small for them. They always listen and that is what makes a visit there so much more pleasant.
